Tip of the Week: 4 Pointers to Get the Community on Your Side

b2ap3_thumbnail_community_interaction_with_your_business_400.jpgAs a business owner, you know that the key to the path of your success is in the relationships that you forge along the way. These same relationships can be just the boost you need to get the edge on your competitors and knock them out of the game. It all comes down to your communication with the your surrounding community.

After all, the key to good business is a good image, and by improving what your local businesses think of you, your reputation all over your market will soar because of it. Here are four tips that will help you get the community on your side and supercharge the way you do business, and your reputation.

Give Back to Like-Minded Organizations
Sometimes it’s good to get down to the core of your business practices and examine what makes your company unique. Do you participate in charity events from year to year? Do you believe that everyone should have affordable services? If so, consider using these practices to connect with organizations that hold similar points of view. By doing so, your company will be showing the community that you care about it, in addition to making valuable connections with groups outside of your targeted lead group.

Advertise with Free Trials of Products or Services
You know your product is great, but does the community know that, too? In order to show Arizona businesses that you are confident in your product or services, allow the community to sample them for a short time and to see how they can benefit from them. One example would be to offer a free consultation (like the free IT consultation that ClearView IT offers) to allow your clients to experience first-hand how valuable your service is.

Make Others Look Up to You
Perhaps the best way to influence your community is to be an overall good business for others to look up to. Make your best practices well-known and easy to integrate. Help others when they need the assistance. Focus on creating a good connotation for others to associate with your business. Make them think, “These people have good practices. Now that’s what we call a great company!” They’ll spread the word to their friends and associates, and before you know it, leads will be stampeding your way to see what all of the fuss is about.

Leverage Social Media
Another great way to communicate with your community is to take advantage of social media. Get your business involved on Facebook and Twitter, and respond to people who post comments or share posts with you. It basically all comes down to being friendly and approachable. Even posting pictures from company outings will make your business look like one that is worth investing in. If you care about your employees, your clients will see this and confidently trust your services.

By taking advantage of these four tips, you can show Arizona that you care about it, and in the same way, ClearView IT cares about our clients and prospective leads. With this reputation, it’ll be hard for these leads to stay away. For more best practices, contact ClearView IT at 866-326-7214, and we’ll help you improve the way you do business.
